Coronavirus Update - Snobs Gifts

In the events of recent weeks and days, we would just like to inform our customers that as a small family business we remain open and are taking extra precautions with the health and safety of our staff and our customers being the main priority. 

We are closely monitoring and following the governments' advice and guidelines and will continue to take appropriate steps to keep our staff and our customers safe.

We are cleaning several times a day to ensure all surfaces are left clean and safe. In addition to this, despite it not being believed that the bacteria can live on surfaces for a prolonged period of time, we are cleaning all items/orders before they are packed and shipped. 

To ensure that we are able to maintain orders and be reliable for customers during this time of unknown, we have also separated staff to isolated workplaces in different locations to help and avoid the spread of the virus in our workplace. 

Another precaution we have taken to help limit social interaction is removing the need for customers to sign for deliveries. Our couriers have now been informed that they are able to leave the item in a safe place should no one be home or answer the door. If you wish for your item to be left safe, please leave a note on your door where you would like your parcel to be left. 

As a small family-run business, there are certain to be tough times ahead - like for all business. We would like to thank our customers for their continued support.

If you have an upcoming birthday, anniversary or other special occasions, please continue to place your orders as normal. We have set up several home workplaces to ensure that we are able to keep up with customers demands.

We would like to wish everyone good health and for those who have tested positive for the virus a safe and speedy recovery.
