Delivery & Returns

UK Deliveries

The majority of our UK items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48. These items will arrive either 24 hours or 48 hours once they have been dispatched (please note some postage delays can occur and postage times can only be used as a guidance). 

Your contact number and email address is imputed into the Royal Mail software to generate automated emails and/or text messages which will be sent to you post dispatch to confirm delivery details and delivery times. No signature is required - however - should you not be home and need your item left safe or delivered to a neighbor you will need to instruct the driver to do so via the tracking link. Items which are left safe are done so at the customers risk. 

In the rare occasion, should an item ever arrive damaged or defected, please reach out to us via email; sales@snobsgifts.com or via telephone 01892 838900 (during business hours). We will happily have an immediate replacement issued for you. 

Please note, it is the customers responsibility to receive delivery. Should you not be home when a delivery is attempted and no other arrangements were made. It is the customers responsibility to contact Royal Mail to arrange a collection or the redelivery of your item. Be aware, Royal Mail (like any courier) can only hold the item for a certain amount of time before it is returned to the sender. If an item is returned after failed delivery attempts, the customer will then be responsible for the reshipment costs. Alternatively, non-personalised items which have been returned can be refunded (item price only - postage non-refundable). Please note, personalised items are non-refundable.

International Shipments

The majority of our items are sent overseas with Royal Mail. Royal Mail, then have partnering companies in the destination countries who will fulfill the delivery. The average lead time is 5-7 working days from dispatch the delivery - however - delays such as customs and other oversea postal delays which are out of our control can delay orders. Delays can often occur during busier periods due to custom delays. 

Some larger items such as our personalised rocking horses may use other courier methods.

Some oversea deliveries will require a signature whilst some will just require a proof of postage (a photo of the delivery). 

You will be sent an automated email from Royal Mail upon shipment - once your item reaches the destined country - their tracking link will divert you to your local couriers website who will now update you and provide you with frequent delivery updates. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your item - you will need to reach out to your local service provider which will be shown on your Royal Mail tracking link.

Standard International Shipping Fee:


The standard international shipping fee for most items ranges between £9.99 - 12.95, dependant on the destination country.

Please note, the collect from store shipping option (£0) will require to you to collect from our store address listed below. Should you then decide to have your item shipped, a delivery invoice will then be applied and need to be paid before any goods can be sent out.

Dispatch Times

We aim to have the majority of our personalised items shipped within 1-3 working days - please note some items may take longer so we always recommend checking the individual products. Whilst we always try to adhere to these lead times - as each of our items are personalised and custom made - lead times can vary during busy periods. If items are time-sensitive or needed by a certain date, please let us know in the 'comments' section at the delivery page in checkout. Refunds and Returns

Please note, all personalised and made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged. Should an item arrive damaged, we ask that you please get in touch and provide a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. Once this has been supplied, we can then issue you a replacement, without the need of an item being returned. However, should you require a refund - we will arrange for the return of the item. If you have access to a printer - we are able to supply the label.

For items which you wish to return which are not personalised, the buyer is responsible for the return postage costs, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. Once the item has been returned, a refund will be processed which can take up to 14 working days for funds to be returned back to your account. Items which have been returned which are not damaged must be turned in their original condition - failure to do so may result in your refund being rejected. For items which are not faulty and are returned due to customer request - the refund will be for item only and will exclude any shipping costs.

Orders which are personalised and delayed due to postage delays are non-refundable - this is out of the sellers control, the buyer accepts responsibility for this.
